Had to return - defective

I used one of these at a friends house & decided to get one myself. It arrived faster than estimated but it didn’t work, even after 2 days of troubleshooting. I had to go through warranty return process that says they’re going to repair it or ship me a refurbished one. Underwhelmed so far.

I bought this to help me take care of things that are hard to see normally like which part of my mustache is causing my nose to itch? What part of my eyebrow is hanging down in front of my eye? This allows me to trim these types of things accurately! I love the motion sensor lighting as well.

Bright mirror but flimsy

Nice bright sensor mirror—bought it to replace earlier version as it stopped working properly and the newer version seems much much flimsier despite costing more. Not the quality I’d come to expect from Simple Human.
