LOVE MY TRASH CAN!!!

I bought my original simplehuman trashcan about 5 years ago and then 6 months ago, it stopped working and only opened about 4 inches. I was getting ready to purchase a new one when I stumbled upon a review about SH replacing someone trashcan for free as it also stopped working. I contacted the company and they sent me a brand new one in less than a week. I definitely love a company that stands behind their products as it encourages customer loyalty! Thank you SH!!!

finish is missing on a few places

Love the size of the trash can but it is flimsy and there were scratches on the lid and a place on the front where the finish is missing.

I will be a life long customer of simplehuman! Their products are quality made and they stand behind them! This trash can was a trash can we had for five years that broke. When I contacted them they sent me a new one within two days because of its 10-year warranty! Totally worth the money for that kind of customer service, and a company that stands behind their product!!

So I contacted the company. They listened to the problem, they replaced my unit at no cost. I was very thankful as I was just looking for parts and since it was still under warranty they replaced it free of charge. #GreatCompany!

Seriously. Just don’t. This one is perfect in every way. Plus, their customer service is amazing. After almost three years my lid broke, and they replaced the whole trash can. I was so afraid I’d get stuck having to buy another one, because I didn’t think I could live with any other trashcan after this one. They were so nice, and they just replaced it. It was simple and easy. I had the new one in two days. Thank you, simplehuman! Love this trash can, and your company.
