You wouldn't think getting a new garbage can for the kitchen would be any big deal, but this can is such an upgrade over our previous one, that it's still making us smile weeks later.
Silent up and down with the step.
Easy (EASY!) bag remove and replacement.
Handy dandy odor pod.

Plus it matches the sink and dishwasher.
Seriously, if you're looking for a new can, just order one already.

This trash can is large, yet so streamlined, it fits well in our kitchen. It's top-of-the-line quality compared to our other smaller one from a different company. Simplehuman is the best! I'll never go anywhere else.

We were due for a kitchen garbage can upgrade after having our other one for 15 years. This garbage can is very well made. I love that the outer rim is able to be an extra security to the bag. The interior bag storage slot is an added bonus as is the smudge proof can exterior!

We love our simple human trash can. It was a little pricier than other brands however I can tell this is built to last. Everything is well thought out and solid. It has a nice design, soft close lid, easy to change out the trash bags.

This is a beautiful trash can. I have no problem leaving it out in the open in my kitchen. Easy to get another trash bag in back each time and very easy to put a new trash bag inside. Easy to operate the foot pedal. The lid always closes so quietly. I wanted a bigger trash can so I wouldn't have to empty it as often - mission accomplished!
