Scratches easy

I bought the white with stainless lid. The lid has two large scratches that are not removable after 45 minutes of use. Also the “fingerprint proof” top is false too.

Excited About Trash

Never thought I'd be excited about a trashcan, but I am!! This thing is sleek, whisper quiet, and blends very well with my kitchen decor (the matte black one)! The bags are nicely sized and extras are hidden inside the trashcan, which is a clean design and frees up room under the sink.

Great trash can but not so great company

This trash can is great. However, getting it was a problem and there was no one to talk to when the shipment fell off the face of the earth. They say they’ll get back to you within 24 hours when you submit the online request. Their idea of getting back to you is an automatic reply with links to their website about unrelated things. It does ask if it helped. The answer was no but nothing has happened since and it’s been days. Sad that they can’t do any better than that.
