Loved this mirror until it started turning off or turning lights down low on its own when needed MOST!!
Customer service says to reset, but this model does not charge nore have a reset! ????
Daily frustration!!
Might need to return this :(

lighting lens issue

I could see inside wiring hardware from lighting frosted lens cover, right next to motion sensor when lights is ON.

Pros and cons with the mirror.

First the good: The image and quality of the glass is excellent. The lighting is great and all of that is why you purchase a make up mirror. It's great to have a normal, 5 x, and 10 x magnification. Brilliant idea. It really is the best mirror I have been able to find or I would have returned it due to my problem below.
Now for my problem, the sensor drives me crazy. I have to unplug the mirror or every time someone walks by my bathroom counter it turns on. I also cannot find a reliable way to put it on and have it stay on so if I lean over to collect things while applying make up and take too long, it turns the light off. I'd like a control that is just on and off as an option, along with the sensor. That would be the perfect mirror for me.

The makeup light is wonderful. It has 3 different strengths and that is really helpful to me. I wasn’t sure I would like the sensors but I have come to appreciate them and they have made getting ready or putting in contacts much easier!

I was hesitant to purchase this mirror because of the shape (I had always used rectangular makeup mirrors) and the price. All I can say is this is the best makeup mirror I have ever had. I like the lighting, the magnification. Be careful, you may see things you never knew were there, such as hairs growing where they shouldn't (lol).
