I have had the trio mirror that was rechargeable. It was great. However, I love this one even more. It is larger and I don’t have to worry about it loosing it’s charge. Worth every penny.

Controls are finicky

This mirror is solidly constructed like all other simplehuman products. The lighting is great. It’s a nice feature that it turns on automatically when you walk in front of it. Only problem is you can’t turn it off without unplugging it. If it is in an area that you walk by frequently it constantly turning on.

It’s very large (maybe 2” too large), good in terms of magnification, but the light doesn’t stay on long enough, I guess because the sensor is relatively far from one’s head/face. It is quite annoying to have to tap it every few seconds to get the light to come back on.
