One of my favorite possessions. . .

When I was young I decided that I would never be one of those old ladies that had hair sprouting out of her chin. This meant I needed a good lighted makeup mirror to keep watch. The mainstream lighted makeup mirrors seemed to be getting worse, but then I spotted this mirror walking through a department store and had to have it. I absolutely love it. I even bought a smaller version for travel.

Touch Pads Too Sensitive

The mirror quality and lighting is outstanding, but the touch sensors could use some improvement. They are inconsistent in their performance, working reliably on some occasions while failing to respond other times. Enhancing this feature would elevate the overall experience.

Perfect viewing . . .

I had a lighted makeup mirror for many years, a one sided 3x mirror; it is still in perfect condition however I realized that I wanted a 5x magnification and this Simple Human mirror is 2 sided mirror, 5x on one side with a 1x regular and a 10x insert on the reverse … it is perfect. I ordered both the 8 inch and the 10 Inch and kept the 10 inch for 2 reasons. Since I am not moving it from my counter I am pleased that it plugs into the wall and I don’t have the worry that it runs out of being charged. And I love how large the face is, I am able to see every inch of my face without a struggle. I love that I don’t have to touch it to turn it on and the touch and turn feature are quite helpful. There are 2 things I may say but this is personal, I do wish that it had a fully off switch instead of having to unplug it, for when I am out of town.

I bought the trio sensor mirror but found the 5x too magnifying and the 10x inset on the 1x side very distracting. You need to sell a 1x side with a 2. 5 or 3x side with 5x inset.

Great mirror

Love the Simplehuman Sensor mirror trio max! It’s a nice size and easy to use. Love the magnification levels as well need that more as well get older. Would highly recommend this product. I got the plug in option as I have had the rechargeable battery type mirrors by Simplehuman, which lasted for years, but am now having problems recharging the batteries.

I’M GOING BLIND…

But now I can efficiently shave and it is no longer a cumbersome job due to the clear optics and surgical grade LEDs and the flip mirror. It has been a game changer for me, and I so appreciate simple human Turning a simple mirror into an actual medical solution with high-grade material and clarity… No buttons or switches to fool with, nor always recharging lithium ion batteries. Thank you thank you thank you!
