Love this mirror!

I love that I can just plug it in. I’m so tired of keeping track of every little charging device for random things, I love how large it is and I love the magnification feature! Simply the best mirror on the market!

Mirror mirror

My third fabulous mirror. The first was replaced by the company; my second (recently deceased after three years, nearly) pooped out exactly as the first. Since this is the best makeup mirror ever, I replaced the mirror. This is a very expensive proposition but the mirror is really good.

Best mirror ever

I love this mirror! It is amazing. It’s bigger than other mirrors I’ve tried and has better lighting and magnification. The only issue I have is that I wish the chrome had been available…but the black looks good too.

Do not wait to pamper yourself. This mirror is everything and then some. The lighting, the magnifying, the auto turn,… All of it. Best thing I bought myself all year!

Unfortunately the product is actually too big, heavy and clumsy for our needs. We would like to return this product for a refund. The device is fine if you have a large space with a plug nearby. The mirror is not telescopic to raise and lower. It has no battery power to be portable for our needs. Please provide me instructions for returning this mirror. Thank you.

Mirror doesn't charge

very disappointed given the cost of this mirror. Mirror won't charge. Customer help is very poor. They keep telling me to reset the on/off switch, but there is no on/off switch. Then they ask me what the charging light is doing, but there is no charging light. It is as if we are talking about two different products.

I needed the magnifier on the bottom

That's why I got this. I couldn't see my chin hairs in the one that had it on top. But I need the 5x on the same side as the magnifier. I don't like to swing it back and forth. The 1x does nothing for me. I already have a regular vanity mirror. The 1x is not needed.
