Very frustrating, it shuts off regularly while I’m in the middle of applying my makeup. I would prefer an off/on switch. If I don’t keep constantly moving(you have to sit high up for it to recognize your movement). But when you do this you have to bend your neck way down to see the extra magnification area at the bottom of the mirror. If it had more of a tilting optiontoo would have been helpful. It’ has a relatively limited turning angle for mirror positioning too.. this is a very expensive mirror so being compromised isn’t what I was hoping for. I’m going to return the 2nd one I bought for my vacation home.
I like the mirror just fine. What I don’t like is trying to keep it on. It goes off at random times, regardless if I wave my hand or hold my finger down to turn it on. It’s very frustrating. Other then that I really like the mirror
This mirror is fantastic . Love the features and the light. However, totally my fault for not looking at the measurements and actually seeing how tall it would be on my dresser. It does tilt, but not down. It’s too tall and I have to stand on a step stool to use and it’s to tall for other locations. Wish I would have gotten the smaller one.
Overall, it’s a beautiful lighted makeup mirror. There is some room for improvement though. It would be great if you could tilt the mirror “down” more than it currently allows . The mirror is very tall and for average- short people, it is difficult to see well. Also, it would be nice if the lighting could be adjusted to STAY on until you physically shut it off. The lighting automatically changes to different shades without any rhyme or reason. It’s also very sensitive to movement. It’s essentially a motion sensor at night if you walk by it.
Love the mirror itself, but have a lot of trouble with the automatic touch to flip mirror or simply turn up light, have 10-15 try’s it might work, or I get frustrated, and say forget it. Needs to work better with touch, Kim Thompson
This is great mirror. My wife loves it. One issue. There is no way to turn off the sensor. So every time you walk past it it comes on. At 2:00 in the morning it can wake your spouse if you walk past it. I wish they would fix this.
