Too bad you don’t have somebody that hangs around with me because I have already told probably 3 to 4 people. What a great company simply human is.
I won’t go into detail, but they’re guaranteed on their products is incredible. You talk to live people immediately who are so willing to help you solve your problem. They’ve got me as a customer for life.

The one I was looking for at my age

Who leaves reviews for make up mirrors? And yet it’s honestly such an important part of my everyday life that here I go. Recently my old make up mirror stopped working. I fought hard to try less expensive but well reviewed mirrors. I wouldn’t say that I’m a make up addict or anything close to that but I need to see properly at my age to know that my make up is on evenly. I’m embarrassed to say that I must’ve looked horrible at work for the last month until I finally broke down and bought this stupidly expensive mirror. It dies exactly what it should do: the light is bright, the magnification is the three perfect for old eyes. I am happy. it’s expensive for sure but in my mind, I use it every single day and it is worth it.

I’ve owned the OG for years and decided to treat myself this BF to the 10” and I love it. The switch between magnification and bright to candle light is fabulous.

I needed the magnifier on the bottom

That's why I got this. I couldn't see my chin hairs in the one that had it on top. But I need the 5x on the same side as the magnifier. I don't like to swing it back and forth. The 1x does nothing for me. I already have a regular vanity mirror. The 1x is not needed.

Mirror doesn't charge

very disappointed given the cost of this mirror. Mirror won't charge. Customer help is very poor. They keep telling me to reset the on/off switch, but there is no on/off switch. Then they ask me what the charging light is doing, but there is no charging light. It is as if we are talking about two different products.
