I like the mirror just fine. What I don’t like is trying to keep it on. It goes off at random times, regardless if I wave my hand or hold my finger down to turn it on. It’s very frustrating. Other then that I really like the mirror

Automatic sensor turns off regularly

Very frustrating, it shuts off regularly while I’m in the middle of applying my makeup. I would prefer an off/on switch. If I don’t keep constantly moving(you have to sit high up for it to recognize your movement). But when you do this you have to bend your neck way down to see the extra magnification area at the bottom of the mirror. If it had more of a tilting optiontoo would have been helpful. It’ has a relatively limited turning angle for mirror positioning too.. this is a very expensive mirror so being compromised isn’t what I was hoping for. I’m going to return the 2nd one I bought for my vacation home.

Amazing light, but needs some major tweaks

The light emitted is fantastic. I've used many brands and styles of mirrors in the past, and this has the best light I've experienced.
The problems I have with it are:
1. The lack of tilt available is a huge fault. It is angled up and can not be lowered to 90 degrees, so my vanity chair had to be raised to an uncomfortable height. I had my 6'2" husband try it and he found it to be angled too high for reasonable use.
2. There is no way to keep the light on when you aren't directly in front of it. When I'm using the magnifying part at the bottom of the mirror, the light turns off. Additionally, there are times I want the light on while doing my hair at a further distance and would prefer the light stay on.
3. My cats turn it on frequently when they walk past it on my vanity. This is obnoxious at night.

In summary, the mirror would be perfect if it tilted further down and had an on/off switch to override the light sensor.

Tiny dent on the glass

I love the mirror, super high tech and convenient. Unfortunately mine has a small dent on the glass upon delivery. I didn’t notice it until I threw away the box so I can’t exchange.

Omg this mirror is a magic tool. It s sensor features are wowww. I am giving 10 stars!!!! This is what I was waiting for to be designed. Bigger size. 5x and 10X on one side and regular the other side. Sensory, light, sensory flip feature “tap tap”, keep light on/off mode perm or temp. Too successful design :))
