Not worth the money.

I like the brightness and the clarity of the mirror but the tech is dreadful. It won't auto-flip the mirror when I want it to but it will randomly start flipping itself back and forth back and forth while I'm in the middle of putting my makeup on (and not touching it at all). It also refuses to adjust the brightness to warm when I want it to but will randomly adjust the brightness to warm when I'm in the middle of something and don't want it to change. Then it won't change back. The only way to get it back to full brightness again is to unplug it and plug it back in. The sensor is a stupid idea. If you leave it on sensor, you have to keep waiving your hand in front of the sensor while you're applying your makeup or it will go off. The sensor override that is supposed to make it stay on doesn't work very well either. It still goes off randomly.

I love my mirror! The only thing that could improve it would be to have one whole side at 10x magnification as my eyes are getting a little older.

After reading the great reviews, I want to offer up more details. The mirror glass is excellent quality, but switching between light functions is a bit fussy. Also, it does not rotate 360 degrees. It only works if you are sitting down. I stand up and look up for less shadowing, so this didn’t work for me.

Motion Sensor Annoying

Not having a simple on/off switch is a detriment to the lighted mirror. It constantly turns off when you sit back so you have to lean in the whole time you are applying makeup. It also turns on every time you walk past it. The mirror and light are okay but the 10x is too small to be of any real use. You cannot tilt the mirror down because of the auto rotate. Should have made large 8x on one side and do away with small 10x on non magnified side. This mirror is poorly designed and very disappointing.

I read some reviews that made me hesitant to purchase the mirror. They said if you are short the light would not be triggered to turn on. I am only 5 feet. Well it works great I have no problems. Glad I decided to try it.

This mirror is so disappointing. It doesn’t compare to my old simple human mirror. This one doesn’t even look the same as the one pictured on website. And it must be plugged in. It’s not cordless. The magnification is weak. Thought it was supposed to be 10X magnification. Mine is not. Will be returning. This mirror is not worth the money.

Doesn’t work well

Light dims or turns off constantly and have to touch it
WiFi doesn’t work. Light (green it says is supposed to light up) never comes on to pair to the app. Cannot get it to illuminate the green light nor pair with the app
Great size. Pain to use
I wish the small magnifying mirror wasn’t just on the bottom. I wish it would tilt down more. I had to raise my vanity table stool up much higher to accommodate since the tilt won’t tilt down much
