Can't turn on the light

There is a flash of green light but light doesn't come on. It doesn't turn off - there is no red light. Reset doesn't work either. Too complicated to use.

Sensor Mirror

This is a great mirror with adjustable lighting. However, it is the second one that I have purchased in 5 years. The first one failed to work and Simple Human offers no repair services. Given the cost of the mirror, It should provide more than 5 years of reliable service.

Large Round Mirror

This is my second large round mirror after about 6 years and only because I accidently dropped my first one and the base portion broke off from the stem . I absolutely love this mirror. I don't have to plug it in every time I need a light. The varying degrees of light that is available by just a slide on the back is great. I love the brightest light. I enjoy the mirror so much I bought the travel size too several years ago. I keep the large round mirror in my master bathroom and the travel one in the guest bathroom until I need to take it with me when I travel.
