Could not get it to work

After reading the different ways of turning on the mirror, we could not make it work.
Quality workmanship on the mirror but it had a problem.
Also since we could not make it work, my wife thinks that a 5 x needs to be higher. However need it working to really know. 🤷♂️

Touch-control brightness doesn’t work

The mirror is great both when the light is off and on but it will not dim or switch between sunlight and candle light. I will be asking for an exchange.

Sorry to review this but I charged mirror as instructed in manual and nothing happened. No light! I emailed customer service and waiting on response. This is my 5th simple human mirror I have purchased and first time this has happened to me. I have been pleased with my other purchases. I hope to get this resolved soon.

Sensor feature vs on/off button

The motion sensor is a great feature if you want the light on the mirror to turn on every time you are near it. The power button to stop this feature is on the bottom of the mirror. So it’s either always lighting up or you will need to go through the trouble of picking up the mirror each time you want to turn it on and off. Not ideal.
