generous size, won't stay bright

I intended to buy a smaller, replacement mirror with higher magnification and was surprised by the size. But turns out I like the size, and the magnification is enough. Down side: I can't keep it at a bright light long enough to do my makeup. It stays bright for about 5 seconds. Then dims. It is a hassle always turning it back up over the course of 10 minutes. There may be an easier way, or a way to keep it brighter, but there aren't really any instructions other than touch it. So either an option to keep it brighter, or better instructions on how to use it.

I’ve heard the mirror before. It’s been wonderful. I got a second one there were issues with it waiting for the replacement.

I received my sensor memory mirror on June 6 today is June 17 and it will not keep a charge. I’ve attempted to check the Outlook clean the sensor and reset the mirror and it still does not hold a charge.

my second one in 15 years

I loved my first one but the charging finally gave out. Love the magnification and charging capability. Not a fan of the touch to change the light brightness. Followed directions was at the brightest one day then touched it by mistake and have not been able to change past "warm" mode since. Sometimes more options are not better
