My first mirror was an xmas gift from my husband and I had it over 5 years before it said a quick goodbye to me. The second mirror lasted less than a year before it refused to charge despite numerous times resetting and trying a different charger. I was unable to get any customer service as to how to fix/exchange it so I ended up buying a brand new one. If this one dies on me in less than a year I'm going to have to look for something different. That's gonna break my heart because I LOVE this mirror. It doesn't distort your image, the brightness is just right and it doesn't take up a lot of space. Even tho its rather large to travel with, I always leave room in my suitcase to take it with me because hotel bathroom lighting and mirrors suck!

My home doesn’t have great lighting. This mirror makes a HUGE difference in being able to apply my makeup correctly! I love it!

Great product but dated controls, interface

Smart Sensor Mirror needs an update to the quality of the charging hardware, controls, interface. Very nice, but feels like it was designed & built 15 years ago. Quality doesn’t match the price unfortunately.

I had ordered other magnifying mirrors but all fell short of the quality of this one. While it is on the higher price range, it sets the standard. I had one several years ago and when it quite working, tried out the others, only to be disappointed. Well worth the investment!
