Disappointing

I got this mirror less than a year ago and it will not light up anymore. The whole reason I got it was for the brightness and even after charging it, it does not turn on. NOT worth the money and how expensive it is since it didn’t last! Was hoping it was going to work for a very long time

I’ve had one for many years and have been completely satisfied. Recently, it started having issues with maintaining the charge. So, I’m replacing it and will continue to love this product.

Lighting and touch screen and color are great but, the 5 x magnification is not enough to see details clearly enough; for example, small hairs that need tweezing or, applying mascara and, eyeliner. Consequently, the 5 x magnification doesn’t work for me at all. But, that’s on me. I should have ordered the tri mirror with a 10 x magnification inset. I’m disappointed that I wasted my money as I’m stuck using my old 10 x mirror with bad lighting up next to my simplehuman 5 x mirror with good lighting but not enough magnification.🤦♀️

Had to return - defective

I used one of these at a friends house & decided to get one myself. It arrived faster than estimated but it didn’t work, even after 2 days of troubleshooting. I had to go through warranty return process that says they’re going to repair it or ship me a refurbished one. Underwhelmed so far.
