Mirror will not charge and customer service does not respond

My mirror won’t charge. I followed all the troubleshooting and reset procedures but had no results. I reached out to customer support 4 days ago and they have not responded to me. I used to be a big simple human fan, but quality and service have definitely slipped

I was excited to purchase this mirror after years wanting it. But when I finally received it, it wasn’t a working mirror, lights are not working and the mirror looks like someone else’s return m. Disappointed

I was very disappointed! I probably own 8 of your mirrors between 2 houses, free standing & hardwired. This one wouldn’t light up. I returned it. I really wanted to exchange it but your website is so bad, I saw no option for this. I love the mirrors but am very hesitant to order another after this.

Worth it

I waited and waited until SimpleHuman had a sale at the holidays to buy this mirror. I’d been using a dinky five dollar drugstore magnifying mirror for several years. This thing is now like the crown of my bathroom countertop. I love the lighting options, I love that it comes on with a sensor, I love how big it is, which is bigger than I thought it was going to be, and I love the fact that it telescopes. It’s a beautiful mirror that I wish I’d had five years ago. I read some reviews that the battery dies out after a few years. That’s disappointing to read. simplehuman please fix that! There’s no reason to throw away such a nice mirror because of the battery. Let us buy a new battery.
