Sensor Mirror

This is a great mirror with adjustable lighting. However, it is the second one that I have purchased in 5 years. The first one failed to work and Simple Human offers no repair services. Given the cost of the mirror, It should provide more than 5 years of reliable service.

Can't turn on the light

There is a flash of green light but light doesn't come on. It doesn't turn off - there is no red light. Reset doesn't work either. Too complicated to use.

I owned my first mirror for 8 years, and loved it. The new one has been problems since I purchased it. Returning for the second time in a few months, and I feel like the problem is not being resolved.
