We love this compost caddy and the attachment on the trash can is so convenient! If you compost this is a definite must have!!! Makes the process so much easier!

Not As Easy As Indicated

So I applied the bracket to the 58L by removing the plastic cover sheet from the sticky part. The documentation said that I would be able to remove and reposition it by pulling up from the bottom if I didn't like the first position I chose. Not true. No matter how hard I pull I can't get it to come off so that I can reposition it. Other than that, the 58L Can and the Compost Caddy are excellent.

Love the compost caddy

I leave the caddy on my counter. I use it while I prep dinners etc. so I can toss all the scraps from chopping up ingredients. The lid isn’t a tight seal, so it can attract fruit flies if you don’t dump after every use. I usually dump it every 1-2 days max.

Looks good

I like the look. Don't think I can attach it to my trash can as the Simple Human I have has a black rim around the opening which makes that area slightly bulkier. I tried the included magnetic attachment on the rim and it doesn't lay flat against the can and I didn't want to force it so I don't think I'll be using the hanging device.

Feeding bowl for dogs

Needs a latch... dogs open up and eat everything in there - can't use because worried my dogs will get sick from eating the wrong thing.
