Happy they honored thei warranty after the voice activation quit working on my bin that was about 2 years old. I got a replacement in less than 48 hours!

Had sensor garbage cans for years. Been looking for a dual with the recycling bin and this was is elite compared to the few others on the market. The bags fit great. I love how quiet it is. The sensor works great and doesn’t close on you if you are cleaning off a plate. Love that it has a plug option. Extremely happy with purchase. As a SAHM we go through garbage bags almost daily and it’s so worth the price and sanity. It would be nice if there was a bigger option.

Replacement sensor recycler

My reason for 3 star on the sensor recycler is because on October 25 I ordered the sensor recycler and received it. Plugged it to the wall and in 3 months I had to go online since I registered it and make a claim using the warranty. A very expensive recycle can and only worked for 3 months. Now this is my new replacement and so far it is working like it supposed to. My favorite feature is the voice command so when my hands are full and want to throw something in the recycler, all I have to do is say open can. The recycler is very stylish and looks great in my kitchen. We will see how long this one will last.

Our 10 year old Simple Human auto opening can gave up the ghost it was time to replace it. My wife has gotten into recycling and has been using a ratty old bankers box to collect her recycling.
This 58L Sensor Recycler is the answer to my prayers!

I love SHuman products/have for years/this sensor recycler is no exception/its black finish is stunning in my kitchen/it actually adds a nice decor touch!/speaking of touch, I love that I don't have to touch the lid, or operate a foot pedal, to open the lid/SO handy when hands are full or greasy/love the separate bins/thanks, SHuman, for making products that are not only highly functional. . . but stylish, to boot!

We've now had the product for a few weeks and it's stopped working twice - the sensor is completely unresponsive, forcing us to leave the lid open, will not buy again.
