Randomly Opens

I love this trash can and would buy it again, but it randomly opens. I’m at home alone…it’s almost Halloween and I’m on the couch…it’s scary to see this thing open for no one. It’s done this while empty and half full. Other than it scarring the life outta me…I love it.

Sensor is not as responsive as I expected

The trash can looks amazing and is a great addition to my kitchen, however, the sensor is not nearly as responsive as I hoped it would be. It also randomly opens many times throughout the day. I’m not sure if this is normal or if mine is a little defective.

I’ve had this trashcan for six years, I absolutely love it however, the sensor does from time to time stop working, which is very unfortunate. Other than that it’s a great trashcan.

I finally got my replacement can. The warranty actually worked! It took some effort but I was able to replace my trash that was no longer working.

I bought the 58L with the Katie Merz decorative exterior. It makes me happy every time I walk in my studio!

2nd Chance

This product is nice looking and functions well. At least at the beginning. For me it is a replacement for an the same product because the rotors on the lid could not handle the rigors of a 2-year-old child. Hopefully, the this one has better staying power as she turns 3!
