A bit too simple

First off the can is great. Say “open can” as you move to dispose or recycle and the lid is open by the time you get there. Awesome.
Setting it up was more of a challenge than expected. The included literature and online resources were sleek but lacking. It took a Reddit search for a solution, which was moving the can to a slightly darker location to allow the sensor to adjust.

This product makes discarding garbage and recyclables very easy. It responds promptly to the programmed voice commands or hand motions and has a sleek appearance. We are very pleased with the product.

Error keeps happening

The sensor is so delicate. We have had many errors, and after watching a lot of YouTube videos, we are one of a ton!

This trash can is PERFECT. As a condo owner, this is the can to have. Everything is in one place, trash, recycle, and the additional compost caddy. . All easily to use. And the voice activation commands adds the ease of use. . Some may say that the price is high, but to me this was an investment in a product made to last.

I think it’s great. I like it. I read a lot of reviews that it starts to die out or anything, but if any problem with your product, I know in my heart that you guys are gonna do what you can to make them Customer happy.

“Open Can”

We love this trash/recycler. We saw a few bad reviews but decided to get it anyway because it checked all the boxes for us. It functions very well as advertised. I don’t miss the foot pedal one bit.

Working great…for now!

I love these trash cans. However over the last 3 years I’ve had to replace it 5 times due to malfunctioning. With this last replacement, I was told that the warranty on it would only be good for as long as was left on the previous can.
