Well made. Excessive packaging

Love the product hate the packaging. Although it’s a stylishly nice packaging it is so excessive. I don’t think you could have damaged these trash cans if the box was dropped from the top of Empire State Building

White slim step can

I truly love simplehuman products. You are an amazing company. This product is beautiful and functional. It fills a gap in your portfolio. Packaging was amazing; reminds me of expensive Apple products.
My only criticism is the damping of the lid opening. There is great damping when the lid closes but too little when it opens. The lid shakes quite a lot before coming to rest. The butterfly cans are perfect in that regard.

I love the way they look, and the way that they operate. They are so easy to use and have so many more built-in features than I expected. Simplehuman has exceeded my expectations with their ingenuity and design.
