I have wrote to you people several times. Expressing that my automatic soap dispenser has not worked since day one. I am looking how to return the item so I can get a new one. This is the reason for my one star rating nobody is contacting me. Nobody has got back with me. Oh, I did get a message that said we will contact you within one to two business days that was over a week ago.
