I know it’s just a trash can, but the trash cans from simple human have elevated my home interiors & really give something so simple a touch of class. I love the matte gold finish. It’s amazing in person.

Love this trashcan and its functionality. Love that you can lift the top and have it stay open, and having trash and recycling together is very convenient. But… ours arrive with a small dent on the side and lightly scratched area on the top. I couldn’t be bothered to deal with the return process so it’s fine, whatever. The thing that I really don’t like (and why I took a star off) is that it feels a bit unstable and the step goes all across the front, but if you step anywhere except the middle, the whole trashcan moves and shifts.

Love this trash can…completed my new kitchen space w taupe cabinets and gold handles! Wow! What a great piece. Love the bags attached to the inside. And an odor control attachment, too? Make it a wave/automatic control and this product will change the world! Love the design, so well made!

Did not disappoint!. I also bought the matching compost bin. I really wanted the larger 40/40 model, but I didn’t have enough space for it. I love that the lid opens easily and stays open for everyday use. When guests come over, I can simply close it, and it seals nicely to keep everything out of sight. So far, I have no complaints. I’m very happy with my purchase.
