Versatile Compost Caddy

We have now had this counter top compost bin for about one month and we love it. It's a good size for daily use. If you use the accompanying bags, it is an easy product for quick clean up of food scrapes.

Exactly what I needed!

For years I used a small plastic trash can for my composting. I bought at least one other receptacle for this purpose and it was too big and bulky. I really wanted something a little more upscale than my plastic trash can. I bought this compost bin and was blown away! It is sleek and stylish. It fits on my big trash can (not a simple human can) when not in use. It is easy to remove when needed. I love the compostable bags that are included, too! It fits my needs perfectly. Thanks for this product!

The fact that I can mount this to the trash bin has brought such a difference into our family, my 7-year-old child can put her own food scrub into the compost bin, so there’s no apple core, banana skin or unfinished plate of food on the counter or in the sink. My husband and I keep telling each other that we should have got this much sooner!

Great little bin

I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like this bin. It is incredibly convenient hanging off the end of my trashcan, but more importantly it comes off easily to be moved to the counter during food prep. It's great to not have to dirty a 'scraps' bowl like I used to have to do. It has definitely kept the odors trapped as promised. It's been about three weeks and I'm shocked at how little actually ends up in the large trash can and happy that I'm not wasting large bags on a half empty bin because some food stinks.

My city is starting to collect composting material and I wanted a tidy way to collect my kitchen “waste”. This is a perfect size. I have it on my counter next to the sink. I am using the Z composting bags. It takes about 3 days to fill a bag. There is no leaking from the bag and no oder from the container. The finish matches my kitchen fixtures. I’m glad I got it and would recommend it.
