The only thing keeping me from giving the compost caddy 5 stars is the lack of a handle on the interior bucket. When the bucket is full, it takes 2 hands to carry it to the compost bin. You can't carry the compost by the compostable liners, obviously, as they begin to break down. Using 2 hands to get the bucket out of the house makes it necessary to set it down to open the door, etc.

I began composting since our town began a program. I leave the caddy on the counter since it complements my decor. It’s convenient for adding bits and pieces throughout the day. For larger amounts like prepped vegetables, I prefer to go directly to the outside bin.
