I have two of the compost bins hanging on my trash bin which I love. I’ve used SimpleHuman trash bins for years, wouldn’t buy anything else. The compost bins are sleek, attractive, the perfect size and hang on my trash bin; what more could I want.

A very small compost caddy

The container is beautiful and very well made, but really small for people whose diets include plenty of produce.
Had I thought about its size in advance, I wouldn’t have ordered it. Before I did use it, it was rejected as a gift by my adult daughter for the same reason.

Like everything about this. It holds a good amount of food scraps, but not so large that starts smelling or takes up too much space. It's easy to clean with the removable bin, it uses compostable liners so no mess, and it's attractive!

Attracts fruit flies

Lid does not seal and within two days of use, I've killed over 24 fruit flies when before I started using it we had zero in the home.
