Let's start with the obvious--it ain't cheap. Frankly, it's pricey soap dispenser. BUT does your dollar store soap pump have the aesthetics, function, and reliability? Trust me, it doesn't. I've been through a few cheapy pumps. This, my friends, is a piece of art. It is sturdy. It has a timeless design. The color options matches every modern finish. The charge lasts very long. It's been about 3 months on a charge and still going strong. Granted, there are only 2 adults in the home. When the kids are back for the summer, I suspect the charge may not last as long. First I bought the black for the bathroom. A few months later, I returned for the gold finish for the kitchen. So, clearly I am sold on the product. We get compliments on it. My only major "gripe" is that it dispenses a lot of soap at a time. It's also sensitive so at first we kept triggering the release of soap while doing simple things like drying off the countertop. Now, we've figured out how close to get before it senses our hands. For me, it is worth the cost. I'll cut back somewhere else...just not here.
It’s a little tricky to hold my hand near the top so less soap is dispensed I would like to have a plus minus feature on the dispenser so that I could use a minimum of soap each time
This item was for a gift to my bff. I have had mine for a couple of years and could not live without it. Works great, battery lasts forever and charging is easy and quick. Love the liquid soap fragrances. All around WINNER!
