Finally one that keeps working

I have purchased several other brands until I found simplehuman. Yes I know it is more expensive but in this case you get what you pay for. If you have to keep replacing other units you wind up spending more. I also liked having a 2 year warranty. I’m in the process of buying one for each of my bathrooms and replacing the other brands that work only sometimes.

We now have five of these soap pumps because they’re such a treat to use and a luxury that’s worth it! We only use the Simple Human soap in them and they all work perfectly.

Didn’t work

Unfortunately it worked for about a day then stopped. When I contacted Simple human they told me to try several “tricks” but it still didn’t work
They have yet to help me resolve it. I’ve been ordering from them for 10 years I hope this isn’t a sign of how they’re products are going to work

Dispenser base needs to be heavier for easy one-handed use!!

The device looks great and it works flawlessly. It's quiet too! We put this dispenser in our powder room so it will get heavier use than the older one in our ensuite. It definitely should be up to the task!

pretty good "but"

I have now had three of these units plus one of the 8 oz pump. The advantage of the 9 oz is that the batteries are rechargeable. The advantage of the 8 oz is that you COULD swap batteries. Disadvantage of the 9 oz is that when the rechargeable battery no longer holds a charge, you CANNOT swap out for another rechargeable battery. In addition, unlike the 9 oz, where you could see how much soap was left and determine when to fill it, the 9 oz lets you know when it no longer is pumping soap.

The liquid soap in my last dispenser dropped out at a relaxed speed. With the new one, it shoots out at a velocity high enough to bounce off its target.
