Needs improvements

Simple human has great products we have purchased a good amount of products for our home however this soap dispenser could use some improvements like having the back of it see thru so that you know how much soap you're putting in it. The other thing is this dispenser is only dispensing simple human soap I tried to use another brand of soap that I've used on all my other simple human dispensers without an issue however with this specific pump it won't come out. This needs to be fixed some
I need to use specific soap for a skin condition and this pump can't do the job even though my other ones in other models can. Please fix this i hate to have to return it when simple human makes great products.

Although our liquid soap is manufactured to work well with our pumps, this soap pump is specifically designed to work with a large variety of both hand and dish soap. We only recommend avoiding soaps with micro-beads or exfoliants. We have contacted the customer to assist them with their unit.

I have had all the soap dispensers. This is my favorite. Really like the soap dispersion amount determined by the fingertip distance from the sensor. Love the charging versus batteries. All in all a much better experience. Kudos.

Great Sensor Pump

I have this pump in my kitchen and it it's awesome! Fits really well with my theme and is so convenient. It's not super huge that it's in the way, and not too small to hold soap. One of my favorite pieces in the house. Looking forward to purchasing more for my bathrooms as well.

Love my liquid soap dispenser

I have been buying SimpleHuman products for a few years, love the garbage cans so I thought I would try the kitchen soap dispenser. It works well, and my son the engineer was very impressed with the fact that you can dispense a little or much more depending on where you hold the sponge. Just love it!

Good idea, Attractive, Poor design

The fill hole is too small to fill the container with thick liquids like ordinary Dial soap. You can fill it if you got 5 or 10 minutes and like to whistle
There doesn't seem to be any way to clean the inside
Finally it will not dispense the Dial soap properly. Sometimes you may get a small amount, more times than not, nothing
Perhaps this product was defective, but it seemed to be simply a complete and total loser. I received it free of charge and thought I was getting something, but it amounted to nothing more than a couple of lbs of garbage. It could be a winner if redesigned

There aren't really any instructions that come with this, so you kind of have to learn that to turn off the dispenser, you must push and hold the power button in on the back. I also had to write in and ask about what the blinking blue light means. Overall, it seems good - once in a while it will drip after it dispenses soap. I have used both simple human soap and another liquid soap, that doesn't seem to be the issue with the dripping.
