The device works but not as advertised. It only has one dispense level. And only works76 when near the top of the device. Does not have any variation in amount dispensed.

Simple Human makes sleek, attractive functional dispensers. My kitchen colors are gold and white and my bathroom colors are chrome and white. The matching Simplehuman dispensers are amazing! They took both rooms to the next level.

I like that my hand has to be underneath the pump in order to get the soap. Some sensory pumps discharge soap just by passing your hand in front of it. The black matte is stylish and looks great in my kitchen.

This is the second liquid sensor pump I purchased. The first lost the ability to hold a charge after about 18 months.
CAUTION. SimpleHuman did not stand behind the product even though it was obviously defective.
We purchased a second because it fit into our decor. We are hopeful the second will last longer than the first.
