Needs improvement

Not sensitive enough, soap doesn’t always come out. I liked the old one I had. Even though it needed batteries at least you can set the amount of soap you want to come out every time. This new one is annoying to use because I have to keep putting my hand near that stupid line to get soap. Either it’s not enough or none comes out. Needs improvement.

Initial reaction is positive. Requires more soap filling than previous battery-operated device, but works well. With two SH soap dispensers no longer have to touch devices.

It's sleek, quiet, easy to fill, and dispenses the perfect amount of soap every time. We especially like the little drop for quick cleanups in the kitchen. Love that it came fully charged and with a small trial pack of soap. (Love the quality of the soap, and that it doesn't leave long tendrils between my hands and the pump.) No more puddles of water and soap on the counter!

We love this dispenser. Everything about it is easy to use, durable, and MAKES LIFE EASIER. A charge lasts a long time (at least a month), and we are a family of 5 who wash our hands constantly. The ability to vary the quantity of soap without having to push a button is so helpful and really cuts down on soap waste.
We’ve purchased this a few times as gifts for our friends with kiddos and they love it too.

Our rechargeable liquid soap pump features our variable dispense technology as indicated by the sticker on the front of the unit. For less soap, simply place your hand close to the valve. Placing your hand further from the valve will make the pump dispense more soap.
