I don’t think the sensor isn’t working correctly. It only works on the very top smallest amount. I went to my sisters house and she had one too and it worked great. I think I’m going to return

Just what we all need! I have one in ea bathroom, 3 in the kitchen (1 for the hand soap, 1 for dish soap & the other for sanitizing gel)

Especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic, it's been great to have this no-touch soap dispenser. However, I've been using the simplehuman sensor soap dispensers since they were first introduced and were charged using batteries! The newer rechargeable Soap Dispenser makes it much easier to recharge than replacing batteries. From the response of my guests, I'm sure more have been sold as they love the convenience!

I had the previous one for over 10 years before it no longer charged. I love these because no contact dispenser, especially now with COVID 19

Unlike most dispensers it is very quiet and the soap dispenses the perfect amount. I wash my hands a lot -nothing to do with the pandemic - and I feel comfortable knowing this well made product will be able to withstand the extreme use
