Love the touch less pump

I’ve been using this pump to dispense dish detergent. It activates and dispenses soap every time you put your hand or dish under it. The only complaint is that it dispenses different amounts of soap even though we consistently put our hand right underneath the soap spigot.

simple human soap pump

This replacement pump is working great so far.The original one’s rechargeable battery would not hold a charge after several months use so I will have to wait and see how this one performs. Simple Human was easy to work with and very efficient in reacting to my request. Thank you for that, I have several Simple Human products and like their looks and use. I will continue to be your customer.

Inconsistent amount discharged

I bought 5 of these and none of them are able to discharge a consistent amount of soap. The sticker on the pump says that if you hold it close to the nozzle, a small portion is discharged, but that's not the case.
The pump does look cool, and the rechargable feature is nice. If you have a lot of bathrooms and people in the house, replacing batteries can become a weekly chore, so having this is good.
