Inconsistent amount discharged

I bought 5 of these and none of them are able to discharge a consistent amount of soap. The sticker on the pump says that if you hold it close to the nozzle, a small portion is discharged, but that's not the case.
The pump does look cool, and the rechargable feature is nice. If you have a lot of bathrooms and people in the house, replacing batteries can become a weekly chore, so having this is good.

Superb pump that exceeds high expectations. The variable amount dispensed depending on hand location is a brilliant idea. No drips yet after a few weeks. Bought a second one for powder room.

Reduced quality from older models, more plastic

I have 3-4 or these already, this one felt cheaper than the others.
Other models I have are both brushed and shiny variants, this one overall felt like higher use of plastic and cheaper - for the same price.

Failed the first 2 months

I bought 2 of the same model, first 2 months one failed to turn on after fully charged. that is why I took away one star. Luckily, the company replaced it. Now, i will keep my finger across that they will work properly.

Easy to use

I bought one of these and found it so efficient and easy to use I bought one for every bathroom. The only downside is that it is sensitive to action. So it goes off when your hand is near or another detected motion occurs under it. However it’s easy to avoid it once you remember it’s there. Efficient dispensation of soap is another plus. Recharging is easy.
