I love the touch-less feature and that I can use other brand soap as the refill gets pricey. The only issue I have is one of the 4 just died after just a few weeks - and it's the one that's least used. Customer service was quick to resolve by replacing the unit.

Great EXCEPT a major design flaw

The pump lives up to the promotional materials, but it doesn’t work for our pedestal sinks and can be difficult on cabinet sinks, because the sensor is not calibrated well. This poorly designed calibration Results in soap squirting when anything—your hand, a faucet handle, the edge of a towel you’re using, ANYTHING—is beneath the pump spout. It even squirts soap onto the sink or cabinet if you’re toweling off soap that previously squirted onto the sink or cabinet. You have to learn how to pick up the pump to avoid its squirting soap when you want to move the pump for cleaning. The pump needs to be calibrated so that it squirts soap only if your hand is one inch from the nozzle. That would mean you only have one choice in the amount of soap you get, but that would be far better than the nuisance caused by the current design. Please do a recall and fix this wasteful, annoying flaw.
