Worth the Investment

I’ve had Simple Human battery operated dispensers for several years. As those units seem to eat through batteries, decided to invest in these rechargeable units which are stated to last 3 months on a charge. Also love the no drip dispenser too. Very happy and would recommend especially since these are rechargeable.

I thought I could save money buying a no name brand. It went into the trash. Never worked first time putting hand under. Frustrating. This simple human works great. Love it.

Failed after 5 months replaced quickly

The pump failed after 5 months we purchased and simple human did respond quickly and sent a new unit out to us. After charging and setting up it randomly squirts soap out into the sink so we are keeping an eye on it but if it continues to happen we'll be contacting simple human for a change of product

Makes dishwashing easy!

We’ve used these auto soap dispensers for years and given them as gifts. This model is our favorite. If you hold the sponge close to the dispenser, you get less soap; move the sponge lower, you get more soap. So clever and efficient and clean!
