Don't waste your time or money

As the owner of many simplehuman items, I gifted this to help a friend with frequent hand washing during this pandemic.
Well, it has never worked right, the user has never gotten helpful answers from the company, & is now getting a run-around about returning it! She's had it less than two months!
This is so disappointing and embarrassing. And an expensive mistake.

old model was better

i have had 3 older models (battery powered) and some of the things i really miss in this one are:
- no waiting for charging
- the FILL tank does not prevent flow of soap
- can "set" the amount of soap dispensed.

This one is OK but i have moved it to the least used portion of the house.

I am a fan of all things Simplehuman, and this product is no exception! It solves the problem of no-touch in my powder room and kitchen, and looks great doing it. In addition, the pump is easy to fill and easy to charge.

It dispenses soap without dripping. I love that it is rechargeable. The soap that comes with is fabulous. It cleans well, and it rinses off easily.

Leaks Alot

This version is different from the one I had before that you replaced under warranty. It leaks every time I use it. I have to put a paper towel under it.
