Love this thing!

This is pretty much one of the coolest home purchases I’ve ever made. I love how pretty it is, how easily it works, how long it holds a charge, and not having to touch the soap dispenser to put soap on my hands or a sponge is the best thing ever. Super easy to refill, also!

I have had three SH liquid sensor pumps at my kitchen sink and this one is absolutely the best model. Wish it came in oil rubbed bronze finish...

I like that the volume of soap could be adjusted by how far your hand is from the spout. Very clever. I have had this for a month and it has been working perfectly. Nice clean design.

A number of years back, we bought simplehuman's first sensor pump dispenser. It did not work well at all generally and after only a couple of month, stopped working completely. We are much happier with this newest model. The funnel opening makes refilling easy, it is easy to recharge and the charge lasts a long time, the sensor can also dispense different amounts of soap and it looks great.
I have only one complaint. The dispensing amount for the highest setting which should give the least amount of soap, it variable between units and there is no way to adjust this. I bought 2 pumps for different areas of the house. One dispensed the perfect amounts, the other at the highest setting (least amount) dispensed more than the lowest setting (most amount) of the perfect unit.
I was sent replacement unit which did work much better.
