To much dispensed.

Either my distance perception is bad or your dispenser is just set to dispense to much soap. The idea of trying to keep your hand right at the top without hitting the dispenser and knocking it over is terrible. Need to go back to an adjustable dispenser. I don't think I have gotten less than a third of a teaspoon of soap when washing my hands. Resurrected my original dispenser that I knocked of the counter and broke the down button on and have shelved the new one. I still have two of the new style in their boxes that were going to be gifts that won't be now.

This is a great dispensers. The charge on the battery lasts and lasts. It does not clog. The different amounts of soap dispensed by holding your hand at different levels is great. The unit is sleek and also easy to fill.

Beautiful design. But the amount it dispenses is not sufficient, even when you hold your hand all the way down the front. Should be a way to adjust the amount dispensed.

Best pump with long battery life

I’ve had the umbra pump in comparison and prefer the simple human sensor pump. The umbra pump doesn’t activate at certain angles where as the simplehuman pump works at all angles and has variable output. This is a must have if you are looking for a touch less dispenser. We replaced all of our umbra units with these and they are all working perfectly.

Definitely worth buying

It doesn’t require frequent recharging and it works well for my family. It dispenses well and wipes clean easily.
The only downside is that the soap capacity is a bit small for our high traffic sinks so I refill it often or use it at select sinks.
