I love the sensor pump, unfortunately I started with a hand wash I already have and I had problem as it was too thick. Two days ago I washed out pump and started using the sample hand soap that came with pump and now it is working great. I have ordered more hand soap with SimpleHuman! Thank you!

Does Not Work

I am on my second liquid sensor pump. The first stopped pumping. It did make noise like it was pumping. So I was sent a new one. Same thing happened with the second. Used soap recommended. I am not happy with this. Waste of money.

Our whole family loves these! The kids don't have to mess with difficult pumps and wash their hands better. I bought one for each bathroom now!
