Works well. I like being able to adjust the amount of liquid dispensed by adjusting the height of my hand from the opening and the rechargeable feature is great. No more old batteries to dispose of. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to see the soap level in the dispenser to know when it's time to refill.

A little finicky

I had a previous model, which I liked better. This one gets set off by shadows sometimes, which leaves pools of soap on my counter. I also am not thrilled with the variable dispenser system, which changes the amount of soap that comes out based on where your hand is - I find that the "lower" levels don't dispense hardly anything, and the "higher" levels often are too much. Haven't been able to consistently find the sweet spot

I would say this unit is super easy to fill that's a positive! The look is nice too. The problem is that it tends to be a bit too "eager" to serve up soap. I find working around the kitchen sink that I get unexpected soap. This might be draining pasta (steam triggers it all the time). If I was doing this over I would get a manual model instead. I love the idea of having dish soap and hand soap in a 1 stop shop (and I like the Simplehuman product for that purpose).

We decided to try the liquid sensor pump rechargeable touchless soap dispenser after 2 foam pumps just stopped working (1 immediately & 2nd just over 3 months later). It's only been 6 weeks but is working perfectly so far. Planning to get more for upstairs sinks if no problems arise in the next month or so.
