Nice unit

This unit looks nice and works well. The only negative is that it is very sensitive so it activates even if I’m just moving the unit a few inches over in the countertop.

Nice, but has issues with pump

I really love this touchless idea. And product looks nice, no need to hide.
One problem I find very irritating- the soap splashes all over my kitchen’s counter.
Not sure what is the issue.

Best kitchen investment

I just bought it for the novelty of having an automatic soap dispenser and now love it. I use a sponge to wash anything that doesn’t go in the dishwasher and got tired of turning the Dawn bottle upside down to get soap on the sponge. This works great and lets you keep one hand free instead of needing to use both any time the sponge needs more soap.

Sensor is problematic.

Although the convenience of a motion sensor to drive the soap dispensing mechanism seems on its face to be logical, the normal positioning of a pump with this intended function places it in a location that ends up dispensing soap all the time (every time there is motion nearby). Would be easy to put a second requisite sensor that must be triggered (say in the top) to prevent accidental dispensing.
