When I received the sensor

When I received the sensor pump, there was a chip inside the pump where the soap is put. I was a little disappointed, considering the price of the pump.

I have used Simplehuman dispensers in my kitchen and bathroom for many years. I was excited to see a rechargeable version to eliminate having to purchase batteries. The rechargeable dispenser is flaky. It will stop dispensing even though there's soap and a full charge. This requires you to reset it which initially spits out a large amount of soap. This product needs retooling

It’s beautiful and great warranty

It’s a great looking touch less pump for hand/dish soap and hand sanitizer. I’ve tried many other and this one is the most reliable. However, we have a couple that stopped charging, battery life died quickly etc., but the warranty is make I am a forever devoted. They sent me new ones to replace the others and they work perfectly.

Great little soap pump

Gives just the right amount of soap for washing hands or dishes. I have only charged it once and it is still going weeks later. And, it looks great.
