So far it has been working great. Much better for me than the Foam Sensor pump. I chose the polished stainless steel color which is beautiful.

have always been a huge fan of simplehuman products! four stars for the charger being usb-a to usb-c, instead of usb-c on both ends. it is a minor inconvenience for our household. product itself functions great and looks sleek!

I like it very much but the internal life battery lasted less than 2 years
It should be easy to replace. I had to through out my unit. Fortunately it was ander warrantee and they sent me a new dispenser
