The pump seems to work

The pump seems to work well enough, but the charging cord doesn't stay locked in place.
Also, can't tell when it needs charging or when it's done charging???

The unit performs very well, but you do need to understand how the sensor works. Keep the "cone" of space below the sensor clear of hand movement, except when you need soap!
A great addition to the kitchen.

New pump not so user friendly

This rechargeable pump is convenient but i find myself always misplacing the charging cord. It is a special connector at the pump end and if you lose the cord you have no alternative. A standard connector at the pump side such as USB or miniUSB would have been preferable as a standard cable could then be used. Pump works fine, but I do prefer the older style pump where you could more finely adjust the liquid dispensed with the + or - push buttons

Thank goodness there are touch-less dispensers available for the home. I just charged mine and it is so easy to accomplish.
