Beautiful

I bought two of these - one for my kitchen and one for my son’s. Our black pumps look really good with our granite and they work great. I saw the white one in a home I visited and it was really pretty, too. I think deciding on the finish/color was the biggest challenge in making this purchase because they’re all so attractive.

Stopped working

Bought the first one less than 2 years ago and it stopped working. Cleaned it out, flushed with water, fully charged, cleaned nozzle, just stopped working. Before that, it worked great!!

Pumps on and off all by itself

I loved it when I first set it up, then it started going on and off all by itself and wasting a lot of soap and making a mess on the counter. I put it away and may return it.

Love the soap dispenser. Love that you have two options for the amount of soap dispensed. The soap supplied seems to be highly concentrated, so we use less soap. Only issue I have is that I have to continuously remind myself not to pick it up from the front or it will do its' job!
