Pros: no batteries to replace, charge lasts, easy to fill. Cons: drips and slightly loses prime. I use blue Dawn in it. The rubber tube pump design doesn’t seem as good as the older gear pump. Overall pros win but needs improvement.

Decent product but the dispense liquid is not consistent across similar products

I bought 2 of these. It is pricey but it is of high quality. One thing I immediately observed though is that while the portion dispensed by the pump is doing what it's supposed to, comparing one from another same product is not exactly the same. One is dispensing more than the other same item. I'm not sure if there is some calibration needed but it simply means that one will consume more and you'll have to refill faster than the other item. Other than that, it is a good pump and I hope it will last several years for me.

We love this pump. It has totally changed the way we wash our hands at the kitchen sink. It never fails except when the soap is low and the convenience is fantastic. We’ve already purchased a second pump!

The concept is great

The concept is great however, sometimes the machine just refuses to work! I have one that just completely gave up charging. So I have an expensive dead pump. Very disappointing. I’ve purchased other products and I’m really happy overall with your products but the liquid sensor pump needs an update on performance. If it weren’t for that I’d give it 10 ⭐️‘s.

Simple, sophisticated and functional

I really like these pumps. I have two on my kitchen sink…one in black (Dawn dish soap) and one in golden color (for hand soap). I have a very simple kitchen…newly renovated and these just belong! They work very well too.
